‘Monólogo Público’ marks the return of Michel Melamed to monologues, ten years after Trilogia Brasileira. A stage on a stage. A show that breaks the line between inside and outside, public and private, actor and character. ‘Monólogo Público’ is intended as an allegory of the relationship between the public and the private, starting from self fiction until “we are all artists”. To graphically represent this show, manifest and performance, we created a minimalist graphic language, with few elements, which enhance the graphics and the impact of the printed word. The dispute is not for the narrative but for the language.
